We’re expanding fast, and we’re looking for an ambitious R&D AI Project Manager to lead our most exciting innovations from concept to market.

🎯 Your mission (should you choose to accept it)

Reporting to the CTO, you’ll sit at the crossroads of tech, R&D, product, and business. Your role is both strategic and hands-on:

• Lead end-to-end AI R&D projects – from scoping to deployment
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (data scientists, developers, UX/UI designers, etc.)
• Define and manage the technical roadmap and priorities, based on customer needs (France + international)
• Stay on top of the latest AI tools, trends, and methods
• Write clear technical documentation and presentations in English, French, and Spanish
• Act as the main interface with international clients and tech partners
• Spot and secure R&D funding opportunities (France, EU)
• Be ready to travel regularly – innovation happens on the ground

🧠 Who we’re looking for

• Master’s degree or higher (Engineering, Computer Science, AI, Data Science or similar)
• Proven experience managing technical projects, ideally in AI or innovative software
• Solid understanding of machine learning and AI tools (you don’t need to code, but you should get it)
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Fluent in French, English, and Spanish (written & spoken)
• A proactive mindset, creative thinking, and a results-driven approach
